Our adult boxing classes combine classic boxing technique with high-energy conditioning. Open to all skill levels, these classes are designed to help you learn the “sweet science” while building strength, endurance, and coordination. Our Women’s Boxing classes are designed exclusively for female students who want to train in a focused, encouraging environment. Build your confidence, learn real boxing technique, and enjoy an empowering full-body workout—no previous experience required.

Kid’s Boxing

Our Kids’ Boxing program introduces young athletes to the art of boxing in a safe, age-appropriate, and structured setting. Classes focus on developing physical fitness, focus, and respect—core values that translate far beyond the gym.
